Example:

 Your recipe calls for 175 grams of common flour, but all you have is a measuring cup.

Step 1: Scroll down to the Weight Calculator, enter 175 in the amount field and select "grams" from the units drop-down list. Hit "calculate".

Step 2: The screen will refresh. Scroll down to the foods section of the Weight Calculator and read off the volume (1.45 U.S. cups) for common flour.

Step 3: (optional): If you you would rather have the answer in some other volume unit (like tablespoons), go to the Volume Calculator, select "U.S. cups" from the drop down list, enter the amount from the previous calculation, and hit "calculate". The screen will refresh and all volume units will appear in the Volume Calculator (19 tablespoons, 342 ml, quarts, whatever suits your needs).
